- Inventory of Goals and Resources. Adapted from a Joanna Macy exercise from her book: *Active Hope: How to Face the Mess We’re In Without Going Crazy.*You can do this by yourself, or, ideally, have someone act as a “scribe” for you so you can let the ideas flow. The scribe will record your responses and reflect them back to you (and also act as a witness you in the process). Use more paper as needed. If you have no one whom you wish to invite into that role you can simply fill in the answers yourself. The scribe begins by reading aloud each question and recording your answers to each one.
- Solutions Research #4 – Action Plan Worksheet. The goal at this point in the course is for each of us to discover and begin to get into action on our unique contribution to reversing global warming!
For Fun and Going Deeper and Wider
- 100 People of Dance (3:47) An incredible video of adventure and collaborative dancing. From the creator: “Filming this video was one of the craziest experiences I have ever had in my life. It took 2 months of filming and a month and a half was spent living out on the road driving all around the USA and Canada, I drove a little over 10,000 miles. This video was incredibly difficult to film and edit, so hopefully people find a little enjoyment out of this. Huge thanks to everyone that danced with me and helped film the video. Meet so many amazing people, got to see so many friends, it was an experience of a life time. “. You can find this video on YouTube here.
