Researching two solutions.  For the next week please investigate two solutions you find interesting and be prepared to discuss them with your classmates for about 5-7 minutes next week.  You can download this Microsoft Word doc and edit and easily share with others.  If you would like an example for inspiration, here is one I created for the last workshop focused on Plant-Rich Diets & Health and Education.
